·   Reliable Sealing (Standard Type): The special design structure of the elastomer valve reduces the possibility of the valve being jammed by debris. The valve is equipped with a hand hole cover and a backwash device for convenient regular maintenance and inspection.

High-performance elastic silicone rubber-connected metal valve seat provides bubble-level sealing effect and effectively prevents valve seat scratches, extending the service life of the valve seat.

·Collision Energy Dissipation, Anti-vibration (Multi-jet Type): Helical small holes are symmetrically distributed along the circumference of the sleeve, allowing water columns to collide and dissipate energy, after collision, the energy completely disappears, effectively preventing violent vibrations caused by energy dissipation under high pressure difference.

·Conical Hole Design, Anti-cavitation (Multi-jet Type): Special conical hole design accelerates the water flow through the sleeve, causing cavitation to occur in the center of the valve, effectively preventing damage to valve components caused by cavitation under high pressure difference.

Multi-purpose use, and can replace hydraulic diaphragm control valves and Y type control valve functions.

Product Overview The piston control valve mainly consists of valve body, valve seat, piston, valve stem, crank, connecting rod, drive pin, cone pin bearing and operating mechanism. The piston control valve converts the rotation of the valve stem into the axial movement of the piston along the guide rail through the crank connecting rod mechanism. In the process of the piston moving back and forth, the flow area between the piston and the valve seat is changed to achieve flow regulation and pressure control. Water flows into the valve body from the axial arc shape, and the flow path in the piston control valve is axially symmetrical, so that no turbulence will be generated when the fluid flows through. No matter where the piston moves to, the water flow section in the idle cavity is annular, and converges towards the axis at the outlet, so as to achieve the best cavitation prevention and avoid the damage to the valve body and flow path caused by throttling.
