I. Structural Features and Applications
Structural Features
- Groove Connection Design Uses grooved ends (compliant with GB 5135.11-2019 "Automatic Sprinkler Fire Suppression Systems Part 11: Grooved Pipe Fittings"), connecting quickly to pipes via grooved clamps. Installation does not require flange bolts, and construction efficiency is 30% higher than flange connections. Suitable for small and medium-sized pipes DN50~200. The clamp sealing surface is equipped with a nitrile rubber gasket (oil-resistant, anti-aging).
- Hard Seal Structure The sealing surface between the gate and valve body uses Metal-to-metal hard seal The gate is overlay welded with 13Cr stainless steel, and the valve body sealing surface is overlay welded with cemented carbide. The surface hardness is ≥HRC55, wear-resistant, and resistant to particle erosion. Leakage rate ≤0.1% × rated flow (according to GB/T 13927-2008 hard seal test standard). Suitable for media containing a small amount of solid particles or high-temperature media.
- Rising Stem Design The stem rises and falls synchronously with the gate and is exposed. The valve opening can be visually judged by the stem extension length, facilitating on-site condition monitoring. The stem uses trapezoidal threads (pitch 3~6mm), with stable closing torque, suitable for manual or simple drive device operation.
- Simplified Structure without Signal Without any electrical signal devices, focusing on basic on/off functions. The structure is more compact, with a low failure rate, and maintenance costs are 40% lower than signal valves. Suitable for scenarios without the need for status monitoring.

V. Application Scenarios
- Industrial circulating water system Factory cooling water, chilled water pipelines (including a small amount of scale particles), hard seal wear-resistant, grooved connection for quick maintenance (in accordance with GB 50235-2010 "Construction Code for Industrial Metal Pipeline Engineering").
- Non-signal section of fire system Spray system branch pipes, fire hydrant branch pipes non-monitoring section, no signal feedback required, grooved connection suitable for rapid construction (in accordance with GB 50974-2014 requirements for non-signal valves).
- Municipal drainage network Community rainwater pipes, township sewage main pipes (including sediment), hard seal anti-scouring, exposed stem design for easy inspection and status judgment (adaptable to GB 50268-2008 construction code).
- Small-scale chemical pipelines Oil, low-concentration acid-base transport pipelines (hard seal resistant to medium corrosion, no signal structure to avoid circuit corrosion risk).

Trench hard seal OS&Y gate valve
Trench hard seal rising stem gate valve (without signal) is our company's conventional model, with core advantages: trench connection for quick installation, hard seal for wear resistance and particle resistance, rising stem for intuitive opening degree, and simple structure without signal (low maintenance). Produced according to national standards such as GB 5135.11 and GB/T 12232, it is suitable for PN16/25, DN50~200, and applicable to industrial, fire protection, municipal and other scenarios requiring hard sealing and without monitoring. It features reliable structure, high cost performance, and meets the basic on-off needs of small and medium-sized pipelines.
