Balancing valve series
EDRV Dynamic Balance Electric Control Valve
The EDRV dynamic balance electric regulating valve is a high-performance valve integrating dynamic flow balancing and electric control regulation functions. It is designed for HVAC, heating, cooling, and industrial fluid control systems. This valve can adjust the flow rate in real time according to system needs, ensuring constant flow rate in the pipe network, improving energy efficiency and optimizing system operation.
Our company produces the BYF-16 dynamic balancing valve, used in water systems requiring flow control, especially suitable for flow control of non-corrosive liquid media such as heating and air conditioning. A one-time adjustment before operation allows the system flow to automatically remain constant at the required set value.
The ZLF-16 self-acting balancing valve is a valve that uses the pressure changes of the medium itself to self-regulate and maintain a constant flow rate through the system. It features a flow indicator, is easy to adjust, and is suitable for flow control of non-corrosive media such as heating and air conditioning. A one-time adjustment before operation allows the system flow rate to automatically remain constant at the required set value.
The ZL47F-16 self-regulating balancing valve mainly consists of an automatic regulating valve and a manual regulating valve. It utilizes the pressure of the medium itself to automatically adjust the flow balance of each branch pipe, accurately and stably controlling the flow. It also has functions such as opening indicator, locking, and closing. It is suitable for flow control of non-corrosive media such as heating and air conditioning. After a one-time adjustment before operation, the system flow can automatically remain constant at the required set value.
ZYC self-acting pressure differential control valve
The ZYC self-acting pressure differential control valve is a valve that utilizes the pressure changes of the medium itself for self-control to maintain a constant pressure differential of the medium flowing through the controlled system. It is suitable for pressure control of dual-pipe systems in heating, ensuring system stability, reducing noise, balancing resistance, and eliminating imbalances in the heating network and hydraulics.
The KPF-16 balancing valve is a valve with special functions. It has good flow characteristics, can reasonably allocate flow, achieve quantitative flow, and can effectively solve the problem of uneven room temperature in heating (air conditioning) systems. Because the valve has an opening degree indicator, an opening locking device, and a small pressure valve for flow measurement, as long as balancing valves of appropriate specifications are installed on each branch and user entrance, and a one-time debugging is performed using a special intelligent instrument and then locked, the total water volume of the system will be controlled within a reasonable range, thus overcoming the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow, small temperature difference". This product is an ideal product for heating systems, with a maximum medium temperature of 100℃.
