01. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory, an original equipment manufacturer, and a professional manufacturer of ductile iron valves for water supply and drainage pipe systems. Our factory is located at No. 123, Juxin Road, Chenggong Development Zone, Ximei Street, Nan'an City, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. You are welcome to visit our factory.
02. Do you have ISO certificates?
We have ISO 9001:2015, and we also have qualification certificates issued by ECM, inspection and verification certificates issued by BV, and inspection certificates issued by SGS.
03. Do you have WRAS certificates?
We have WRAS certificates for raw materials NBR/EPDM and epoxy powder.
04. Do you test each finished valve, or just select some samples for testing?
We test each finished valve before delivery to customers and users. Hydraulic tests include sealing tests and valve body strength tests. Sealing test: working pressure × 1.1 (e.g., PN10: 1.0 MPa × 1.1 = 1.1 MPa, PN16: 1.6 MPa × 1.1 = 1.76 MPa), valve body strength test: working voltage × 1.5
05. Can you engrave our logo/brand on the valve body?
If the quantity is large enough, we can accept engraving the customer's logo/brand on the valve body; for small batch production, there will be an extra charge for engraving the logo and brand on the valve body. If required, the logo and brand must be engraved on the valve body.
06. Can I request samples to check the quality before placing an order?
We can provide samples, please contact us for details after confirming the product, size and quantity.
07. How long is the warranty period for your valves?
Our warranty period is 12 months.
08. How long is the delivery cycle?
Generally, if the order quantity does not exceed 5 containers, we can complete the production of gate valves within 30 days; Y-type filters and air valves require a longer time, about 40 days.
09. What payment methods can we accept?
T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, CAD, etc. are all acceptable.
10. Where is your shipping port?
Xiamen Port, about 100 kilometers from our factory.

13. What is the average delivery cycle?
For samples, the delivery time is about 2-5 days. For mass production, after receiving the deposit, the delivery time is about 15-60 days. We can provide a production schedule and related photos every two weeks. The delivery cycle takes effect under the following conditions: (1) We receive your deposit, (2) We get your final approval of the production drawings. If our delivery time does not match your deadline, please send your requirements with your sales. In any case, we will strive to make our production schedule meet your needs.
14. How to handle after-sales service?
Warranty period: 12 months from the date of shipment; we will be responsible for all quality problems. A longer warranty period can be provided through detailed requirements and discussions.
15. What is the packaging, and how do you ship the goods?
Usually plywood cases suitable for sea freight. We usually ship by sea. Train and air freight are also optional.
16. What are your delivery terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc. You can choose the one that is most convenient for you.
