H41X energy-saving silencing check valve
The silent check valve is suitable for water supply and drainage pipelines. The valve disc uses a central shaft guide at both inlet and outlet ends, making it flexible to open and close, and can be installed horizontally or vertically. The valve disc is spring-loaded, and its quick closing effectively eliminates water hammer, with good sealing performance and silent closing. It features small size, light weight, low fluid resistance, fatigue resistance, and long service life.
A silent check valve mainly consists of a valve body, valve seat, guide body, valve disc, bearings, and spring. The internal flow path uses a streamlined design, resulting in minimal pressure loss. The valve disc opening and closing stroke is very short, and it can be quickly closed when the pump stops, preventing loud water hammer noise, and features silent closing.
HO44X wear-free ball check valve
Slide ball check valve, using rubber-coated ball as valve disc, under the action of the medium, can roll up and down on the integral slide in the valve body, thus opening or closing the valve, good sealing performance, silent closing, no water hammer. The valve body adopts a full water flow channel, large flow, small resistance, and the head loss is 50% less than that of the swing check valve. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, and can be used in cold water, hot water, industrial and domestic sewage pipelines, and is more suitable for submersible sewage pumps. The medium temperature is 0~80℃

Trench type rubber flap check valve H84X
Trench (clamp) connection valves are a series of new connection valves designed and manufactured by introducing advanced products of the same type from the United States and Germany. The sealing ring of this product adopts an inclined design, which shortens the closing time and reduces the water hammer pressure. The valve disc is made of oil-resistant rubber and steel plate by high-temperature pressing, which is resistant to scouring and has good sealing performance.
The HC44X rubber flap check valve is a one-way valve with a full-flow design, widely used in water supply, drainage, HVAC, and industrial piping systems. The main features of this valve are the use of a rubber flap as the closing element, automatic opening and closing via fluid pressure, effectively preventing backflow, and simultaneously reducing water hammer impact to ensure stable system operation.
Flange rubber flap check valve HC44X
The HC44X flange rubber flap check valve uses a flange connection and rubber flap sealing structure, conforming to national standards such as GB/T 12238.
The rubber flap design achieves zero-leakage sealing, and the self-closing design reduces water hammer impact. The streamlined flow path reduces energy consumption; the ductile iron valve body + stainless steel components are corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, suitable for PN1.0~1.6MPa, 0~80℃ operating conditions.
