Double exhaust valve

This valve is suitable for pipelines with water as the working medium. It is used to quickly remove air from the pipeline to improve the efficiency of water transmission equipment and protect the pipeline from deformation and rupture. It is an essential equipment for pipelines.

OB1 type single-port exhaust valve

This valve is installed on pipelines carrying water as the working medium. It is used to remove residual air from the water delivery pipes to improve water delivery efficiency and protect the pipes from deformation and rupture. It is an essential accessory for pipelines.

P65 X single-port quick exhaust valve

The P65X single-port quick exhaust valve is developed by Gaote Holding Group and strictly follows national standards such as GB/T 13927 and GB/T 12238 in its design. It uses a flange connection and soft sealing structure, relying on medium pressure for automatic exhaust. It can quickly eliminate pipeline air resistance, prevent water hammer, and ensure smooth system operation and equipment safety. The product is easy to install and reliably sealed. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, sewage, chemical, heating, and power industries, providing key protection for the efficient operation of fluid pipelines.

ARVX single-port exhaust valve

The AVAX automatic air release valve is designed to address the issue of dissolved air in water. Typically, water contains approximately 2 vol% of dissolved air. During water transmission, this air is continuously released from the water and accumulates at high points in the pipeline, forming air pockets. This can hinder water transmission, reducing system capacity by approximately 5-15%. The primary function of this micro air release valve is to remove this 2 vol% of dissolved air. It is suitable for installation in high-rise buildings, factory piping systems, and small pumping stations to protect or improve system water transmission efficiency and conserve energy.

SCAR sewage composite exhaust valve

This product is used at the highest point of the pipeline or in places with trapped air to remove air from the pipe and ensure normal operation. If an air release valve is not installed, the movement of liquid in the pipe will generate heat and cause air to form, resulting in short circuits and reducing the water output capacity of the pipe. Secondly, power outages or pump stoppages during pipe operation can cause negative pressure, leading to pipe vibration or rupture. The air/suction valve quickly draws air into the pipe to prevent pipe vibration or rupture.

CARX composite exhaust valve

The CARX composite exhaust valve body is cylindrical, and the valve components include a stainless steel float, lever, and valve disc. This valve is installed at the pump outlet or in the water distribution pipeline to remove air accumulated in the pipe, thereby improving the efficiency of the pipeline and water pump. When negative pressure occurs in the pipe, the valve quickly draws in outside air to prevent the pipeline from being damaged by negative pressure. When water begins to be injected into the pipe, the valve disc is in the open position, allowing for a large amount of air to be discharged. When the air is exhausted, the valve is filled with water, the float rises and drives the valve disc to close, stopping the air discharge. When water is normally transported in the pipe, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a certain extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the air is discharged through a small hole at this time. When the water pump stops, the water in the pipe is emptied or negative pressure occurs in the pipe, at which time the plug quickly opens to draw in air, ensuring pipeline safety. Medium temperature: 0~80℃.
