Structural Features
- Corrosion-Resistant Copper Body The valve body is made of brass H62 (in accordance with GB/T 5231-2012), with a copper content ≥60%, tensile strength ≥300MPa, resistant to tap water and hot and cold water corrosion, free of iron rust pollution, suitable for drinking water systems, and has a service life more than 3 times longer than cast iron valves.
- Integrated Check Valve Function Built-in spring-type check valve core (made of 2Cr13 stainless steel), forward opening pressure ≤0.02MPa (2kPa), automatic reverse sealing to prevent backflow, reverse leakage rate ≤0.01% (tested according to GB/T 8464-2023), realizing the "gate valve shut-off + check valve backflow prevention" two-in-one function, reducing the number of pipes and valves.
- Convenient Threaded Connection Uses G/NPT standard threads (in accordance with GB/T 7306.1-2000), suitable for small-diameter pipes DN15~DN50, thread accuracy 7H/6g, can be quickly installed with pipe pliers, no flange required, suitable for small spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms.
- Elastic Seat Seal The gate valve is covered with EPDM rubber (in accordance with GB/T 21873-2008), which elastically fits the sealing surface of the valve body, and the bidirectional sealing leakage rate is ≤0.01% (tested according to GB/T 13927-2008), suitable for clean media such as clear water, drinking water, and hot and cold water.

- Residential Drinking Water System Kitchen and bathroom branch pipes. The copper material meets hygiene requirements, and the check valve function prevents backflow of stagnant water pollution (in accordance with GB 50015-2019 "Building Water Supply and Drainage Design Standard").
- Commercial Kitchen Hot and cold water supply pipes, temperature and humidity resistant, with a check valve function to prevent the mixing of hot and cold water affecting the water temperature (adaptable to CJ/T 188-2018 "Kitchen equipment fire extinguishing device" supporting pipeline).
- Pure water equipment Pre-treatment pipeline, copper material with no leaching, ensuring that the water quality meets the standard, and a check valve function to protect the equipment from backwater impact.
- Small HVAC system Wall-hung boiler inlet and outlet pipes, backflow protection device, threaded connection suitable for the small installation space of wall-hung boilers.
