I. Structural Features and Applications
Structural Features
- Flange Connection Uses national standard flange connection (compliant with GB 9113), adaptable to conventional pipeline flanges, ensuring stable connection. Installation involves standard bolt tightening, suitable for small and medium-diameter pipeline systems.
- Visible Stem Design The valve stem rises and falls synchronously with the gate, remaining visible. This allows for easy observation of the opening and closing status, simplifying operation and making it suitable for manual or simple drive devices.
- Elastic Sealing Structure The gate uses an integral rubber-coated design (rubber seal), achieving self-tightening sealing through media pressure. It meets the basic sealing requirements of GB/T 12232 and is suitable for non-corrosive working conditions such as water systems.
- Standard Materials The valve body is made of ductile iron with an epoxy resin spray coating for corrosion protection. The stem is stainless steel, meeting the corrosion resistance and strength requirements for general working conditions.
