I. Core Structural Features
- Connection Type : Uses threaded connection ，The thread conforms to GB/T 7307 "55° non-sealed pipe thread" standard, is compatible with conventional pipe threaded installation, and the sealing reliability meets the sealing design requirements of GB/T 12241 "Safety Valve General Requirements".
- Valve Body Material : The main body is 304 stainless steel (06Cr19Ni10), conforming to GB/T 20878 "Stainless steel and heat-resistant steel grades and chemical composition", with excellent corrosion resistance.
- Control Unit : An electromagnetic coil is integrated at the top (protection level IP54, conforming to GB/T 4208 "Degree of protection provided by enclosures"), driving the valve core switch through electromagnetic force, with a rapid response.
- Sealing Structure : Uses nitrile rubber (NBR) seals (conforming to GB/T 5574 "Industrial rubber sheets"), with a soft seal to ensure zero leakage (conforming to GB/T 13927 Class IV leakage requirements).

The 304 threaded port solenoid valve uses a 304 stainless steel valve body (compliant with GB/T 20878), with threaded connections matching the GB/T 7307 pipe thread standard, and nitrile rubber seals (GB/T 5574) ensuring zero leakage.
It integrates an electromagnetic control unit with a response time ≤0.15s, suitable for water, oil, weak acids, weak alkalis, and other media, covering -5~120℃ and ≤1.6MPa operating conditions.
