Structural Features
- Groove Connection Uses national standard grooved connection (compliant with GB 5135.11), quick fixing with clamps, installation requires no welding, suitable for conventional pipeline construction, easy disassembly and maintenance.
- Concealed Stem Design The valve stem is built-in, and does not rise and fall during opening and closing. The overall height of the valve is fixed, suitable for ordinary working conditions with limited space (such as pipe wells, small equipment rooms).
- Hard Seal Structure The gate and valve seat use stainless steel hard seal matching (meets the basic requirements of GB/T 12232), the sealing surface is regularly processed, suitable for general pressure and temperature conditions.
- Conventional Materials The valve body is made of ductile iron, and the valve stem is made of stainless steel, meeting the corrosion prevention needs of ordinary industrial and civil pipelines.
