Cast steel valve series
This series of valves is suitable for pipelines in various working conditions in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries, with PN1.6-25.0MPa and operating temperatures of -29℃~550℃. It is a safety device that prevents the backflow of media.
Y-type filters are essential filtration equipment for hydraulic control valves and other precision, easily clogged mechanical products. They are typically installed at the inlet of hydraulic control valves and other equipment to prevent particulate matter from entering and causing blockages, which could lead to valve or equipment malfunction. Y-type filters feature a simple structure, low flow resistance, and allow for online debris removal without disassembly. Y-type rod-adjustable filters also offer adjustable installation length and easy installation and removal. The filter mesh size can be customized; typical ranges are: water 18~30 mesh, steam 40~100 mesh, oil 100~400 mesh.
Cast steel butterfly valve D343H
The D343H cast steel butterfly valve uses a triple-offset metal hard seal structure, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive medium pipeline systems. It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, heating, and water treatment industries. This valve can be used to shut off or regulate the flow of the medium, with excellent sealing performance and a long service life.
The J41H stop valve is suitable for nominal pressures of PN1.6~6.4MPa and operating temperatures of -29~550℃. It can be used in various working conditions in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries, etc., to cut off or connect pipeline media. Applicable media include water, oil, steam, acidic media, etc. Operating methods include manual, gear drive, electric, pneumatic, etc.
Z41H-16C cast steel flange gate valve uses high-quality carbon steel (WCB) valve body, suitable for medium and high temperature, medium and low pressure working conditions, widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, water treatment and other industries. This valve is mainly used for cutting off or connecting pipeline media, not suitable for flow regulation.
The Z41H-16C cast steel flange gate valve adopts an OS&Y (outside screw and yoke) wedge single gate structure. The flange connection conforms to GB/T 9119. The sealing surface is hard-faced with hard alloy (H grade), suitable for PN16, DN50~DN300 working conditions.
Valve body material WCB (GB/T 12229), temperature resistance -29~425℃, suitable for water, steam, oil and other media.
Reliable sealing, small opening and closing torque, widely used in petroleum, chemical, and power industries, conforms to national standards such as GB/T 12234, providing stable shut-off and regulation solutions for industrial pipelines, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the system.
